Return & Cancellation
Return Policy
We follow an easy return policy. Although all necessary care has been taken to provide the best packaging, it is only in cases where the craft is damaged or defective or does not match with the photo/description as given on www.pretanshah.com. We will refund your amount . Please bear in mind that since these are handcrafted products made by individual artisans, there may be slight variations. The resolution on your screen can impact the color/shade dimension too.Variations only authenticate that the products are not machine-made.
In case you are still not satisfied, then within 48 hours of the delivery of the product, simply initiate the return request or drop an email to storepretanshah@gmail.com with the image of the damaged product and order number (in case you are claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting the description).
Once you ship the product back to us (which should be in its saleable condition, must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that it was shipped with), the full amount will be refunded within 15 days, or a replacement will be arranged as per your advice.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not wish to proceed with your order, inform us immediately. In case the order has not gone under production or been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the entire amount. The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 15 days. No cancellations will be entertained for dispatched orders. In case of any exception, please speak or message our customer care at 9711184847 or write us at storepretanshah@gmail.com, and they will assist you in the best possible way.
Cancellation of order
Pretanshah reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so under a situation where Pretanshah.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Pretanshah policy or for any other reason. However, Pretanshah will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order so cancelled is intimated within an appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PRETANSHAH BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF PRETANSHAH.COM HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
